H&B Realty was established in 1996 with the goal of representing clients both small and large with their Industrial/Commercial Real Estate Brokerage needs. For over 21 years H&B has represented thousands of clients in leasing their facilities. We have represented clients in leasing both office and warehouse space. H&B has also represented hundreds of companies to purchase both for single user and investment properties. We work with clients both large and small. Our tenant representation has ranged from clients as small as five hundred square feet up to 800,000 square feet.
H&B Realty also represents both landlords and investors to sell or lease their properties. We have represented properties from 1,000 square feet up to 1.2 million square feet.
